What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise the setup and delivery of beverages, ensuring adherence to resort standards.
• Train and schedule beverage staff, maintaining optimal staffing levels.
• Communicate and enforce standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor usage of alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or equivalent.
• Certificates: Food Handlers card, valid AZ driver’s license, CPR Certification, and Title IV Alcohol Certificate preferred.

Skills

• Ability to supervise, make quick decisions, and promote teamwork.
