Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Banquet Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we take pride in creating memorable moments for our guests through our commitment to quality and innovation. The Lead Banquet Cook will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our banquet events by overseeing the preparation, presentation, and quality of our banquet dishes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Events team to plan and develop creative and diverse banquet menus.
- Ensure that menus align with client preferences, dietary restrictions, and event themes.
- Supervise and participate in the preparation and cooking of banquet dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity by providing guidance, training, and support to kitchen staff.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work and educational experience. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Banquet Cook or similar role in a high-volume culinary environment. WA Food Workers Card required. All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to stand for entire shift.
Hourly Rate: $23.00 per hour + tip share
