Banquet House Attendant

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Banquet House Attendant to join its talented team. This position provides exceptional service by setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions, maintaining cleanliness, and attending to guest needs.

What You Will Do

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year food service or related work, previous Banquet experience is preferred
• Able to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up
• Able to lift up to 70lbs
