Banquet House Attendant
About the role
The Banquet House Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Department. This role is responsible for the physical setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times.
This role reports to the Director of Banquets and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
What You Will Do
- Maintaining a welcoming and helpful environment for every guest
- Setting up and breaking down event spaces while maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
- Planning and executing the layout of the room(s), including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment according to event specifications
- Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
What You Bring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the food and beverage or catering industries is a plus
