About the role

Banquet and Events Manager Oversee every aspect of front-of-house operations—from event setup and service coordination to client interaction and post-event evaluation—while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service, communication, and organizational skills to guarantee a flawless guest experience.
  • Train and develop staff, ensuring team members are properly prepared, professional, and aligned with Arc Culinary’s service standards.
  • Motivate service teams, collaborate closely with culinary and operations staff to ensure all events reflect Arc Culinary’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma/GED preferred but will substitute for prior banquet captain/server experience.
  • Minimum of three to six years of work experience in the banquet/food service industry.
  • Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
  • Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production.
  • HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred.
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends.
