Banquet Captain - Full Time

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Banquet Captain to join our team!

Your responsibilities include ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards. You will lead and coordinate our team of banquet servers, working closely with our event planners and culinary team to ensure that every detail is perfect.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
