Education and Experience
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests. Provides ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff. Coordinates all aspects of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B, to ensure guest satisfaction, division standards, and profit maximization. Performs various other duties as assigned.
