- Oversight of banquet room set up
- Team direction and organization
- Warming up guests and assisting with seating arrangements
- Management of team members
- Leading with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness
- Responding to guest and coordinator requests and needs
- Ensuring facilities are well-maintained
Requested Capabilities
- Prior experience as in Banquet management preferred
- Prior leadership preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent level of service
