About the role

The Banquet Bartender at The Watermark Hotel is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during banquets and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ensure cleanliness and proper stock levels of bar supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and promptly
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet areas
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
