- Collaborates closely with senior lawyers on strategy and execution
Who You Are
- Law school class years 2019–2023
- Meaningful experience in restructuring-related finance matters
- Background advising creditors or borrowers in distressed or special situations
- Strong technical skills with excellent drafting and commercial judgement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Compensation
- Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
