Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney
Salary: $125K–$135K DOE + high bonus potential
About the role
This highly regarded law firm is seeking a motivated Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their top-notch team of litigators. In this position, you’ll represent businesses in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations.
Responsibilities
- Draft a variety of legal documents pertaining to bankruptcy and litigation
- Appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts
- Manage foreclosures and restructurings
- Counsel businesses on risk management and insolvency concerns
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience
- Oregon State Bar membership
- JD
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Reasonable billable hour requirements with generous bonuses for meeting expectations. This is a hybrid position.
