About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has openings for experienced bankruptcy attorneys in its San Diego office. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in bankruptcy litigation. All levels—Associates, Senior Counsel/Of Counsel, and Partners—are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle bankruptcy litigation cases with hands-on experience
• Demonstrate excellent writing, analysis, and research skills
• Provide superior client service and maintain professionalism
• Work as a self-starter capable of managing cases independently

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Excellent academic background
• Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
• Experience in bankruptcy litigation (all levels considered)

Pay

National base salary ranges:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
