Pay
National base salary ranges:
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
