Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney in the Western District to join our dynamic legal team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of bankruptcy laws, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in bankruptcy cases. This role requires a deep understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and proficiency in handling cases in the Western District of Kentucky. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky and in good standing.Experience in bankruptcy law.Extensive experience handling bankruptcy cases in the Western District of Kentucky (desirable).Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Membership in relevant professional associations and bankruptcy law groups.
