About the role

A well-established law firm is seeking a talented Bankruptcy Attorney to join its bankruptcy practice. The firm is open to candidates across multiple experience levels, from junior associates to experienced attorneys and partners.

Experience Requirements

• Junior Associate: 1-3 years of bankruptcy law experience
• Mid-Level Associate: 4-6 years of bankruptcy law experience
• Partner Level: Significant bankruptcy law experience

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Sound legal judgment and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage sophisticated bankruptcy matters
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Active admission to the Maryland Bar required
• Admission to the District of Columbia and/or Virginia Bar is a plus

Pay

Compensation: $110,000-$235,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and seniority.
