Banking Services Operations Associate II - Lockbox Processor (Onsite - PART TIME - 25 hours/week)

Schedule

This role is fully onsite at Montgomery Park in Baltimore, MD. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Open and prepare deposits for processing using customer specific documented instructions.
• Key deposit batch information into Lockbox application.
• Capture check and document images utilizing high-speed imaging equipment.
• Complete data entry based on customer specific documented instructions.
• Complete check keying including dollar amounts and MICR line information.
• Process credit card transactions utilizing merchant services application.
• Review and prepare completed deposits for return to customer.
• Prepare, balance and send customer data transmissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year general work experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $31.14 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
