Banking Consultant (Mililani)

About the role

The Banking Consultant will deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs, demonstrating digital banking options, fulfilling daily transactional needs, and advising on financial products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to identify needs and demonstrate digital banking options
• Fulfill customers' day-to-day transactional needs
• Advise customers on the full range of financial products and services
• Identify referral opportunities to a subject matter expert or relationship banker

Qualifications

• Ace in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in retail / branch banking or similar experience in the financial services industry
• Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Digital savvy, confident, and well-versed in using digital banking technology
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-through
• Able to work independently and as part of a larger team

Pay

The salary range is $19.50 - $23.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
