Banking Center Manager position available at various locations.
Responsibilities
- Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking
- Involvement in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups
- Ensure personnel are trained and motivated for high quality customer service standards and profit goals
- Develop, identify, and implement activities within the branch market area
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to provide high quality customer service
- Monitor production standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Control operational and administrative expenses
- Resolve customer service problems
- Represent the company professionally in civic and community affairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of retail banking experience
- 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
