Responsibilities

  • Administer and operate the banking center efficiently.
  • Execute the sales process successfully.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and comply with all operational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff.
  • Maximize sales and profitability of the entire banking center.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Banking experience: 4+ years with 2+ years in consumer lending.
  • Supervisory experience: 2+ years, preferably in banking or retail.
  • NMLS eligibility required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
