This is an ideal role if you want flexible hours around other commitments while still making a real difference to residents' lives. The Role What You’ll Be Doing Deliver personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans, across a variety of shift patterns.Assist with meals and fluids, ensuring dietary needs are met.Support residents with mobility and transfers as per their care plan.Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records for every shift worked.Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement to promote wellbeing.Ensure residents' privacy, dignity, and respect are upheld at all times.Confirm availability regularly and respond promptly to shift requests, including at short notice. ‍ Skills & Experience Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.Flexibility to work varied shifts at short notice, including days, nights, and weekends.Kind, reliable, and compassionate approach to care.Strong communication and teamwork skills. ‍ This is a part-time position | Flexible hours If you are ready to embark on a fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference, apply now and join our friendly team. ‍ To apply Please email your CV and cover letter to enquiries@ashberry.net with the subject line: "Engelberg Relief HCA."
