A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Assistant
Reporting to the Senior Nurse, your working day can include:
- Supporting the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent holistic, patient-centered palliative care.
- Being part of a highly skilled and driven team including nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker, chaplain, and volunteers.
- Daily duties supporting patients with their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Working within a friendly, dynamic, positive, and vibrant environment.
