Consumer Banking

• Owns the sales and service productivity, operations, and customer experience for all Fifth Third financial centers.
• Delivers deposit products, mortgages, auto loans, home equity loans, credit cards, and other services to our customers.
• Exceptional customer service and solutions are the hallmarks of Fifth Third’s Consumer Bank.

Commercial Banking

• Offers banking, cash management, and other financial services to large and middle-market businesses, government, and specialized industries.
• Provides financial solutions including global cash management, foreign exchange, international trade finance, derivatives, capital markets services, asset-based lending, real estate finance, public finance, commercial leasing, and syndicated finance.
• Financial solutions are delivered through a relationship team with subject-matter experts to ensure client needs are assessed and met.

Consumer Lending

• Supports the customer through all stages of the lending process.
• Helps customers with mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, loans for education, a variety of credit cards, and much more.
• Our goal is to set customers up for success by providing the best lending option for their unique situation.

Information Technology

• Leads the industry in efficiently delivering the solutions and services our customers rely on.
• Builds customer-centric service delivery models through the integration of technologies, data, and processes.
• Earns our customers' trust by effectively delivering resilient, secure products and services while balancing business needs with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Our agile work environment allows for every employee to share ideas and have a direct impact on the success of our strategies.

Commercial Payments

• Helps optimize payments and cash flow, enhance reporting and liquidity, and mitigate risk.
• All of this is delivered through our personalized approach supported by leading technology.

Wealth & Asset Management

• Provides customized, tailored wealth management solutions to help people, businesses, and institutions build, preserve, and manage their wealth.
• Collaborates with retail, commercial, and business banking to deepen and enhance valuable client relationships.
