About the role

Kinect Services is recruiting experienced Bank Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults living in their own homes who have complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism. This flexible role allows you to choose the shifts and days that suit your availability, offering genuine work–life balance. You will be part of a professional, compassionate team that helps people live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
  • Support adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Aid with personal care, medication, mobility and health-related tasks (following training and competency sign-off)
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider care team to ensure safe, consistent care

About You

  • We are seeking reliable, compassionate and experienced care professionals who can make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
  • Essential Criteria:
    • Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience in a similar care role (complex care, learning disability or autism support)
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
    • Confident in delivering personal care and supporting with health-related needs
    • Excellent communication, professionalism and reliability
    • Right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship as hours cannot be guaranteed)
    • Willingness to complete required training and competency assessments
