Complex Care Support Worker
Responsibilities
- Supporting a young person with complex health and communication needs
- Providing personal, practical and emotional support
- Serving at home and out in the community
- Promoting safety, wellbeing and independence
- Responding to body language and alternative communication
- Supporting with PEG feeding and suctioning, where required
- Following care plans and keeping clear records
- Being a calm, dependable and reassuring presence
Requirements
- Previous care experience
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car
- The right to work in the UK

Pay
£13.46 - £13.66 per hour
Schedule
Term Time: 3.00pm – 8.00pm, four weekdays
School Holidays: 10.00am – 6.00pm, four weekdays
10.00am – 6.00pm, Saturday or Sunday

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate and reliable Female Complex Care Support Worker to join our Care Expert Team in the Tresillian, TR2 area.
This is a meaningful role for someone who is calm, patient and confident in care.
You’ll be part of a dedicated 2:1 care team, supporting a young person with complex care needs at home and out in the community.
This is considered to be an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
