Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors that challenge
• Work within multi-staff support teams to ensure safe and effective care
• Follow detailed person-centred support plans and behavioral support strategies
• Assist individuals to access the community, maintain their tenancies, manage bills, and develop life skills
• Work professionally, calmly, and methodically in a variety of situations
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviors
• A calm, patient, and methodical approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed support plans and behavior strategies
• Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications

• Mandatory care training
• Specialist safety intervention training
