Job Summary
The Bank Asia NextGen Leaders Program – 2026 seeks to recruit Management Trainees (MT) who will contribute to the bank's growth and expansion.
Education Requirements
- 4 years Graduation / Post Graduation from any UGC approved University or reputed foreign University with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in any discipline and CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC or equivalent results in ‘O’ and ‘A’ level.
Major Attributes
- Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office Package)
- Sound analytical ability
- Willing to work anywhere in the country
- Ability to use AI based tools for productivity and creativity
Age
Age not over 32 years as on March 25, 2026.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will have to go through an extensive selection process.
Placement Policy
Successful Management Trainee will remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year. On satisfactory completion of probation period, Management Trainee will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular pay scale of the Bank.
