William Blair’s 2‑day in‑person program at its Chicago Headquarters (Thursday, November 19 and Friday, November 20) offers dynamic banker‑led sessions where you’ll learn about the firm, its collaborative culture, community commitment, and the analyst role. To apply, you’ll need to submit a resume, complete application questions, and after submission finish a pre‑interview assessment. The program concludes with final‑round interviews for the 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst program (if you apply for that role), fast‑tracking your recruiting and allowing you to build a professional network with William Blair professionals and other participants.
