Early ID Program – Investment Banking, Fall 2026 – New York

About the Program

Citi's Early ID Program is a three-week virtual experience designed to identify and develop future talent through mentorship, training, professional development, and career exploration opportunities. The program runs from November 30, 2026 to December 18, 2026, daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

• Professional development programming
• Training and educational webinars
• Networking opportunities
• Personalized interview preparation
• Exposure to Citi's culture and businesses

This opportunity is within the Investment Banking track located in New York. The Investment Banking track includes Coverage, M&A, and Capital Markets. While all participants share the core Early ID experience, each track provides unique exposure aligned to its business area and location.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Currently a sophomore enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program from an accredited institution
• Open to all students; applications encouraged from those motivated, curious, and interested in exploring careers within financial services
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above is preferred

Application Details

• Students may submit applications to a maximum of two (2) Early ID opportunities
• A separate application is required for each opportunity
• Only the first two completed applications submitted by a candidate will be considered
• All applications must be submitted by the posted application deadline
