Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager, with over $1.3 trillion in assets under management across global investment strategies focused on real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries, and hedge funds.
Program overview
Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is a three-day experience designed to provide early exposure to careers in finance and business. Through interactive workshops, business overviews, technical skill-building sessions, case studies, mentorship opportunities, and networking events, participants will gain insight into Blackstone’s businesses, culture, and the investment process.
Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Engage directly with professionals across Blackstone
- Connect with members of Employee Resource Groups
- Learn about the skills and experiences that contribute to success in the industry
- Learn more about Blackstone’s Summer Analyst opportunities and the recruiting process
Qualifications
To be considered for the 2026 Future Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Current sophomores graduating between Fall 2028 and Spring 2029
- Available to attend the program in New York in its entirety from Tuesday, December 1 through Thursday, December 3
- Complete all steps in the application process, inclusive of Pymetrics Games and Digital Interview by the application deadline
