About the role

Russel Toyota is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team due to recent sales growth. While a proven track record in Automotive Finance and Insurance is preferred, we encourage candidates with experience in Automotive Sales, Retail Sales, Mortgage Lending, or Insurance Sales to apply. Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Generate additional income through the sale of insurance, vehicle service contracts, and maintenance plans.
• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process to ensure compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Benchmark each dealership’s production goals in cooperation with the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of F&I goals.
• Monitor workflow on the sales floor and streamline the delivery process for higher Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Maintain strong working relationships with finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to support internal and external customers.
• Follow all dealership F&I delivery procedures.
• Demonstrate communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills to increase financial performance in each product line.
• Lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established CSI levels.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to legally deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP experience preferred.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; proficiency in computer software, internet, and general mathematic skills.
