Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain the baler, ensuring neatness and effectiveness.
• Efficiently process and manage paper and corrugated scrap materials.
• Create orderly bales and manage inventory for essential materials like baling wire and tags.
• Handle the forklift safely when required and proactively manage equipment maintenance needs.
• Submit maintenance work orders to supervisors and embrace additional responsibilities as needed.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards in compliance with company policies.
• Contribute ideas for operational enhancements and maintain accurate reports.
• Support our core values by maintaining high safety standards and actively participating in improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
• Experience as a forklift operator preferred.
