What You’ll Do

• Operate balers
• Sort recyclable materials
• Meet production goals
• Perform hands-on, physical tasks
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Support product reclamation and team operations

What You Bring

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts (a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Positive attitude and team spirit
