Processing

Display

• Ensure products are properly signed and merchandised according to company standards.
• Showcase quality and freshness to drive sales in the department.

Stock

• Unload and break down deliveries.
• Arrange stockroom properly.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Refill products to meet customer needs.
• Rotate products using First-In First-Out (FIFO) method.

Replenish

• Be aware of expiration dates of products.
• Take older products off shelves.
• Order and stock newer products on time.

Bakery Sales

• Wrap and pack items at the customer's request accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately and efficiently complete the check-out process as a cashier.

Workplace Maintenance

• Maintain safe working environments and comply with internal procedures or safety codes to meet government regulations.

Cleaning

• Coordinate cleanliness and maintenance needs with the Maintenance Department.

Loss Prevention

• Responsible for controlling, safeguarding, and monitoring all department assets.
• Implement policies and procedures for asset control.

Dumping

• Handle expired and recalled products properly under supervisor's instructions.
• Utilize materials efficiently to minimize dumping.

Demo

• Follow supervisor’s instructions and conduct demos to promote department sales.

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide excellent services promptly.
• Address customer needs and questions effectively.
• Introduce product samples to attract customers.

Cashier

• Follow all cash handling procedures.
• Complete the check-out process accurately and efficiently.
