We're looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our Bakery Operations team as Machine Operators. In this role, you'll operate and monitor specialized production equipment used throughout the baking process, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, food safety, and efficiency. What You'll Do… Operate and monitor bakery production equipment used throughout the manufacturing process Set up equipment and verify production specifications before startupMonitor product quality, dough characteristics, temperatures, and production flow throughout the shiftMake equipment adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiencyPerform routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime and communicate equipment concerns when neededComplete required quality, food safety, and production documentationAssist with product changeovers, sanitation, startup, and shutdown activitiesMaintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areasPartner with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance to keep operations running efficientlyFollow all food safety, GMP, safety, and sanitation requirementsCross-train and operate different bakery equipment as business needs require What You'll Bring… Previous Manufacturing Or Food Production Experience Preferred Experience operating production or processing equipment is requiredMechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to follow work instructions, SOPs, and food safety proceduresBasic math and measurement skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to product qualityAbility to communicate effectively and work well on a teamHigh school diploma or GED preferred Why You'll Succeed… You enjoy operating equipment and keeping production running efficiently.
