General Manager
We're looking for a General Manager with 3+ years of experience in bakery, restaurant, or retail leadership. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guest experience and team development, along with a strong work history and desire to grow.

Salary & Schedule
Salary: $X per year
Schedule: 47.5 hours/week, including weekends & evenings
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds

- Supports and works in the kitchen and manages the production process to ensure quality products are delivered
- Manages all business goals (staffing (payroll), operating expenses, and budgets)
- Manages the development & training of all employees

SusieCakes has 31 bakeries across California, Texas, and Tennessee. We bake from scratch daily using the finest ingredients. We're dedicated to making old-fashioned, sentimental dessert favorites that bring back memories of your childhood.
