Join our Food Services Team at Aramark and bring your baking passion to life! You’ll follow mouth-watering recipes, work with top-of-the-line equipment, and explore different flavors and baking styles. We prioritize your health and safety with clear production and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., proper food handling, sanitation, and storage).
• Required to obtain food safety certification(s).
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. It may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
