About the role

We are seeking a creative and dependable Baker to join our team. This position starts at $18.00 / hour or higher based on experience and requires someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong scratch baking skills, speed, and creativity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all baked goods daily according to Parkhurst recipes, maintaining correct portion sizes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods, producing them to meet specifications.
• Determine the quantity of all baked goods to be produced, utilizing production sheets.
• Maintain standards for baked goods presentation.
• Distribute all products to proper areas of service.

Requirements

• Strong scratch baking skills, speed, and creativity are essential.
• Candidates with catering experience and pizza dough-making experience are preferred, though not required.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.00 / hour or higher based on experience.

Schedule

Regular schedule of 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Friday and Saturday off.
