Responsibilities

• Helps manage and streamline the CEO’s personal finances with excellence, integrity, and top-tier confidentiality.
• Ensures the financial house (and the CEO’s) runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Brings clarity to financial data and insights to leadership.
• Executes accounting tasks on time, every time.
• Offers strategic financial insights that influence key decisions.
• Handles corporate and personal transactions efficiently.
• Owning the CEO’s personal financial management.
• Collaborates with team members like a financial rockstar.
• Thinks analytically and solves problems with precision.
• Communicates clearly and confidently, internally and externally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• Not only AR/AP but Full Cycle Bookkeeping
• Full Books Reconciliation
• Entire company, not a sole department
• High volume processing experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, FreshBooks, or similar
• Top-notch written & verbal communication skills
• A commitment to confidentiality and integrity
• Solid grasp of accounting and corporate finance principles
• Sharp eye for details
• You notice data patterns like Sherlock Holmes notices clues
• 2+ years of Accounting
• 1+ year analysis/budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with financial forecasting and statistical analysis
• Closing the books with 95%+ accuracy at least 3 days before each monthly Financials Meeting
