McCarthy-Bush Corporation is currently seeking an Accountant to join our team in Davenport, IA.
Responsibilities
- Financial statement preparation
- General ledger entries
- Reconciliations
- Audit support
- Financial reporting
- Data analytics
- Reporting design
- Dashboard creation
- Continuous process improvement across accounting functions
Requirements
- Currently in an accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CMA or CPA (a big plus)
- Demonstrated career progression and experience managing multiple accounting responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and enjoying transforming information into meaningful insights
- Power BI and Advanced Excel experience, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- SQL and Crystal Reports experience (a plus)
- Previous experience with cost accounting, SAGE, or Spectrum software (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
