About the role

Encompass Health is seeking an Accountant to manage payroll, invoices, and financial reporting while supporting hospital operations through detailed financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hospital employees.
• Manage invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain daily financial reports and submit to corporate.
• Affiliate with leadership on special projects.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of healthcare accounting experience preferred.
• 2 years experience with payroll and accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
