Roles And Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Working closely with the operational staff to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met
• Meet or exceed sales quota as defined by the company
• Tracking and tracing all active orders for current on-time status and proactively contacting customers, providing them with shipment status
