About the role

The Baker plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and freshness of bagels and pastries, contributing to the overall guest experience. They are responsible for preparing and baking bagels, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product availability by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and other tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work varied hours, including early hours (as early as 3 AM), weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but not required).
