Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
• Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and internal controls
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems required
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accruals, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
