About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Bakers are the heart of our bakery, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake fresh bagels daily. You’ll ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with guest service, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bagels daily to maintain product quality and availability.
• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift.
• Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and other guest service tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends, based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made).
