Responsibilities
- Delivering luggage to multiple locations across the BHS as necessary
- Clearing baggage jams and ensuring proper placement of baggage on the BHS system to ensure proper function
- Communicating baggage jam corrections and luggage assignment updates timely
- Properly scanning baggage as necessary
- Proper use of manual code station
- Working as a team to ensure the success of the entire BHS
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to multitask and problem-solve
