About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our core platform team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and impactful backend systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction and architecture of our platform while remaining actively involved in coding and delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, analytics, and finance—to develop features that enhance our financial services and ensure seamless integration with banking partners. Your expertise will help us scale our systems to support rapid business growth while maintaining high performance and reliability. Additionally, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior engineers, elevating engineering standards, and ensuring the success of complex projects from inception to deployment.
