About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Scala Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team at GDIT. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated server-side applications that support the mission of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Your expertise will contribute to building robust, scalable APIs, optimizing data processing workflows, and implementing complex business logic to ensure the reliability and security of critical healthcare systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in system architecture design, and support continuous improvement initiatives to advance our technological capabilities.
