Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • Dependable and reliable, able to work flexible schedule that changes with the business, including night, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize errors made by others.
  • Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly, operate office equipment, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
  • Able to prioritize work, maintain organizational skills, and perform other duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.45 - $23.55 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
