Back up Administrative Coordinator

Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Dependable and reliable, able to work flexible schedule that changes with the business, including night, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize errors made by others.
- Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, maintain confidentiality, ensure customer service standards, and complete tasks professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and able to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies related to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
- Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
- Ability to execute other duties as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.20 - $23.20 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
