Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • Dependable and reliable, capable of working flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize those made by others.
  • Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and have strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and Word, and knowledgeable about specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
  • Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies related to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
  • Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
  • Ability to execute other duties as needed.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.45 - $23.55 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant. Benefits include:
